Today I received email from YELP known as a site to do a reviews,
for different kind of businesses.

Your account has been closed because of Terms of Service (http://www.yelp.com/static?p=tos)

 violations, including creating multiple accounts.

Please note that we do not provide further details on account closures.

I wrote only one review where I honesty wanted to share 

my experience with people about new and great place to eat in Sherman Oaks

Garden Restaurant, 4351 Woodman Ave.

YELP accused me in having or creating multiple accounts, what is no true.

I have only one I ever created with that site, and all contest including photos are mine.

I have read Term of Service while opening account with YELP and don't see nothing 

could violate the Terms. I am not sure now, if these people who sent me this email,

really are professionals and know copyrights laws or just picking on something 

pretending doing their job, to get paid.

I guess I am gonna write reviews about places I go and want to recommend here

on my blog. I have a few places in mind I want to write reviews :) To say the truth I

don't care for YELP, but I want to share with my readers: that such a big companies

 like this, Pay Pal, or Bank of America and many others can be absolutely non sense.

DUI

This is the story I have heard tonight from the lady I never saw before and maybe will never see again. I would love to share it with everyone, because one wrong step can mess your life.

The punishment for doing wrong things can come unexpectedly.

I will try to be an accurate in what I have heard, but can’t promise.

It has happened one night, after long day of having a party and watching football with her friends.

She was driving home through Hollywood, it was traffic as always on Subset Blvd and seems that nothing unusual was going on. The car affront of her was moving with a normal speed, and she was driving with a flow as well.

The green light changed into yellow and the car affront already pass the street light.

I can make it as well, the lady I am talking about, thought, but..... someone in a car she was behind pushed on the breaks, and not keeping enough distance the car of my hero collapses  into the car she had followed. The car accident has been occurred.

She almost jumped out from the car to see if any damages were done. The car she hit was ok, her car had a bit scratches and that’s it. 

In panic she called insurance company and tried to solve the problem with Canadian guests. I hate to hear about Canadians guests, because I also got into my first in 20 years car accident with Canadian “guest” as well, just in Vegas. It brought a lot of mess in my life too, but I sold my lucky Mercedes after that, having it for 6 years with not being stopped even once.

.... Cops arrived, they are always driving in Hollywood, and of course they went trough all the details, because it’s their job.

The first of all they asked if the girl was drinking, and she admitted that. The conversation was short after that.

She had the option as they said, to make it easy way, so it means to go to the station or to go to the hospital for a blood test. Like every normal human being she chooses to make it the “easy way”, which meant to go to the hospital for a blood test. Later on she assumed it was a wrong choice. After hospital she still was taken to the station.

The blood test cost her $ 2000.

The accident was in November, but the court in April. She pays for classes and need to do a community service in the close future for about 1,9 years. She stuck for about 3 years, for paying endless fees and being under control. She lost her freedom , that’s what she feels.

So my advice, don’t drink and drive.

It’s a good thing she wasn’t hurt herself or hurt anyone. 

Because of all this mess and frustration she is looses her place to live, all the money are sucked out, by doing stupid thing.

I feel sorry for her, because I lost everything abut 2 years ago, for different reasons though, but I think something is in coming - the wrong choice!
