After getting some sleep on the floor, and on the bench, artist was counting minutes to make a call to Bank of America and make them to unblock the card. There wasn't any reason for bank to do that,what they did make someone to go through hell. This card was used in Thailand earlier during whole month and everything was just fine, and why they didn't block it on the first place,why is that if they are so protective.
She logged into account of prepaid card and have a few minutes before the bank will be opened for customer service, and some live person can get on the phone. She called to her brother,who didn't sleep all these hours and just was waiting for her call. There were her last money, and just 40 min left for internet to call bank. After a long automated voice system some customer representative picked up the phone.
Artist explained her emergency situation, and asked the question why they blocked the card.The lady was very nasty telling that it was a security protection, and talk to artist like it was her money, and she will deside what to do with that, and not the person to whom they belong to. There wasn't much time to argue, so artist said that she need help as quick, as possible.
The women was asking a bunch of security questions and after having all needed information, she said that she is going to go to activate the card, and artist need to stay on the line.
Time was ticking, and only 8 minutes were left for internet to shut down. Good wish...the internet shuted down in 30 sec after women on the other side said her last words.
Noooo.....
... Artist closed her lop top, and didn't know what will be next. Will be card activated or not, is she is going to stock here untill her brother can make it? There no clue any more, just a sadness inside of her heart and hate to all systems which do not work properly, and who is trying to manipulate people's life.
It was happened before with a Bank of America when they blocked the card almost every week,because of $30 or $ 100 pulling off ATM. The strangest thing is they did that on weekends, though many times were told about locations the card will be used.
Why they do not treat their customers well, the people who doesn't have enough money,but still trying stay with them, they charge them $7 every month, sometimes even by chance charging twice? They have to pay to people for using their money. There is nothing for free in this world, MAN! Stealers big time!
Would you please BANK of AMERICA protect your customers from yourselves first, and do not steal their last money? Every single dollar make you to be alive BANK of AMERICA.
Walking to ATM the artist had the last hope for the card to be opened. If this lady understood the situation even being mean, but being a human being everything can work for good, and our artist can get out from this unpleasant place as Bangkok Airport. Not only the huge mirrors on the roof made this place to look that everything is moving upside down, it is the place that turns things and your mind up side down. Just not everyone suppose to see that, and only the people who has special psychic abilities, and our artist is the one of them.
