Thailand/Bangkok airport

Very good looking lady came and introduced her self as a manager for Air Berlin in Bangkok.
After long conversation the artist asked her to print one more time rules of Air Berlin, which she looked over, before the ticket was purchased, but seemed like missed the point. Also she called air Berlin in Germany and England about overweight in bags, and some of numbers were not functional and nobody never pick up the phone. So whom to blame at last minute.

- So are you going to pay and fly or you gonna miss your flight - lady said.
- Can we work out something and I will pay later somehow or may be you can give me some break?
- No - with a strong notes in voice she said; you better take out everything you do not need. We can only  give a break if you're came or going to US...
- I am actually from US..., but this is not what she meant.

The artist in panic was trying to go through her stuff and to look for the clothes or something she may not need. Seating on the floor she was almost ready to cry,because really it wasn't anything she didn't need ,because it were only two bags and mostly with her studio equipment a few music books she needed for work and frames with pics of her child and the man she loved,not much clothes at all.
- You're not alone... the voice came from nowhere. The artist look at the manager who pointed to the left.
Slowly turning her head the artist saw the pictures and the voice continued:
- This women also doesn't have money to pay and need to make her bags lighter. The sarcastic smile showed up on the young manager's face.

The women around 30 was seating on the floor and in hurry was trying to pull off everything she could from her bag to just to make a flight home. A little girl around 9 was starring on her mother and didn't completely understand what was going on. The situation was sad.
- What are you going to do with that stuff you pulled out? - the artist asked that women.
- Just put into the garbage,what else I can do,the flight is in 40 min.

- That's right...
- You can leave your stuff on the lost and found department and someone can pick it up during 1-2 days- the manager added.
Sounds very promising indeed.
-What is after two days?
- Your stuff will be gone, sorry.
The artist started to put all her stuff back into her bags and in her mind was thoughts how to refund the ticket and no way let these people or airline to steal it. She knew she is not gonna make that trip.

Monsters... who present Air Berlin in Thailand and the Company itself! One day the game will be over for you!
- What I can do with my ticket refund?- the artist ask.
- I afraid nothing the manager said, just call the office in Berlin.
- Can I change the ticket for another direction or day?
- You can try, the flight is in about 20 min. She smiled...
