Eat veggies/salads everyday with or before your meal it burns fat (use olive oil), it is so simple... do a short walks, don't drink much sodas, especially diet, which is a poison, plus you will gain more weight (everything is calculated :)) drink water instead, maybe coffee once in day or tea if you like :) No potatoes chips, it is - junk, junk, junk! Doesn't matter how much we love it:)
Eat healthy, no junk food - so here is the answear.
The orange juice with a bunch of sugar in it, and which contains a vitamin C, can make you feel hungry double.
Do fresh squized juices like- Green Juice:
It has a bunch of vitamins C also, but works with benefits, (with my knowlidge at least).
Selery (half of the chank from the store), 1green apple, 1 cucumber, a bit of dill, garlic(1/3) and 1-2 tomatos (personal choise) a bit of salt and pepper. It will help you to loose weight in two weeks if you do it on regular basis- let say every day or every second day.
Just a tall glass of liquid. It is healthy and tasty :)
You may feel hungry after that as well, in an hour or two. Get a bit of stake or roast beef if you're not a vegeterian, it will take your hunger away for at least 24 hours. If you don't eat meat get a fish or bread with cheese. A piece of bread is not gonna make you fat if you look at the first lines on this page.
One more time! Leave junk food and sodas behind! You can find a better foods and drinks than that :)
